In this selection, organic, biodynamically farmed Italian Summer Truffles are preserved whole in their own juices. Northern hemisphere Summer Truffles are the mildest that we carry, with a subtle and elegant fragrance that is lovely for adding just a glimmer of truffle aromatics to a complex dish. For a more assertive, rich expression of this profile, we suggest fresh truffles or preserved Black Winter Truffles.
